Who We Are
DeltaAfrik Charitable Foundation fondly called DCF
DCF was set up as a result of the vision of the CEO of DeltaAfrik Engineering Ltd (Engr. Akin Odumakinde). It is registered as a non-profit organization under Part C of the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2004.
The Foundation exists for the purpose of executing DeltaAfrik Engineering Limited’s (“the Company”) Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives by impacting the communities around its operational base.
Who Governs the Foundation?
The Foundation’s affairs are duly administered by a competent Board of Trustees comprising five (5) Trustees who are respected and distinguished professionals in various disciplines and have the requisite integrity and moral standing to administer their respective functions.
How is the Foundation Funded?
The foundation is funded by DeltaAfrik Engineering Limited as part of her corporate social responsibility (CSR). The funding is also supplemented by the contributions of partners and individuals with the passion of transforming their society and rekindling hope.
