‘Bukola’ as she is fondly called by friends and colleagues is a legal practitioner called to the Nigerian Bar and has garnered 14 years cognate experience in corporate commercial law in diverse legal roles. Prior to joining the DeltaAfrik family, Bukola worked in top Nigerian law firms and one of the telecommunications companies in Nigeria.

She is a member of various professional bodies namely: the Nigerian Bar Association, the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators and the Institute of Risk Management Nigeria. She graduated at the Obafemi Awolowo University Magna Cum Laude and her LLM degree was obtained at the University of Lagos with specific interest in Energy Law and Secured Credit transactions.

Bukola is at ease when negotiating contract terms and consistently proffers innovative and practical solutions to knotty contractual issues. Since joining the company, she has risen from the role of the Legal Advisor to head the Legal team at DeltaAfrik. She exudes calm confidence and exhibits an incredible power of analysis at the negotiation table while providing legal advice. She is actively involved in various charity organisations and serves as volunteer and a member of the Board of Trustees, DeltaAfrik Charitable Foundation.

She spends time facilitating sessions on corporate ethics and legal compliance for young undergraduates and enjoys reading non-fiction novels. Following her passion for research, Bukola has written various papers and articles one of which is ‘Convergence of International Disclosure Standards In Securities Issues’. Bukola is happily married with two children.
